1 General Provisions

2 Eligibility and Registration

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts and their balances may be forfeited.

jaya999 will never ask for your password by email or message. If any third party requests this information, treat it as fraudulent.

If jaya999 suspects unusual activity, fraud, or a security breach on an account, it may temporarily suspend that account.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

The following rules apply to depositing and withdrawing funds on jaya999:

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (by any method).
Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).
The mobile number or bank account used at the time of deposit must be registered in the member's own name.
Deposits made through a third party are not accepted and will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
The same methods are used for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
Withdrawals are normally processed within 1 hour.
jaya999 reserves the right to hold large withdrawals until identity verification is complete.
To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the applicable wagering requirement must be met.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

All bonus offers on jaya999 are subject to specific terms. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. Winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn after completing wagering of 15 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000.

5.2 Other Promotional Bonuses

jaya999 Weekly Deposit Festival: 50% bonus on weekly deposits, up to ৳5,000, wagering 18 times, minimum deposit ৳300.
jaya999 Slots Fun Bonus: 30% bonus on daily deposits for slot games, up to ৳3,000, wagering 20 times.
Cricket Dhamaka Bonus: 40% bonus on weekend deposits in the cricket or sports section, up to ৳4,000, wagering 15 times.
Birthday Special Reward: A special reward in your birthday month, up to ৳1,000, wagering 10 times.
Refer a Friend Bonus: Up to ৳1,500 reward for each successful referral, wagering 12 times.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If evidence of bonus abuse or system manipulation is found, jaya999 reserves the right to cancel that account's bonuses and related winnings. Bonus claims from multiple accounts within the same household or IP address are not permitted.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed when participating in the casino, sports betting, live games, and other sections on jaya999.

6.1 Sports Betting

Before placing a bet in the sports betting section, verify all rules and market terms. The outcome of each market will be determined based on the official announcement of the relevant sporting body. If a match is cancelled or remains unresolved, the stake for that bet will be refunded or counted as void.

6.2 Casino and Live Casino

Incorrect results or unauthorized winnings caused by technical errors in casino games will be cancelled. jaya999 always provides RNG (Random Number Generator) certified games.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

Using any bot, automated software, or artificial means to place bets is strictly prohibited.
Betting using match-fixing or insider information is illegal and will result in account closure.
Placing bets from or logging into another member's account is prohibited.
Using bonuses for arbitrage betting or guaranteed profit purposes is prohibited.

7 VIP Membership and Cashback

The jaya999 VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Members are promoted to higher levels based on regular play and activity.

Cashback is paid each week based on a member's net losses. The cashback rates by level are as follows: Bronze up to 0.3%, Silver up to 0.6%, Gold up to 0.9%, Platinum up to 1.2%, Diamond up to 1.5%. For example: if a Gold level member's weekly net loss is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback.

jaya999 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program. Members will be notified in advance if any level's benefits are cancelled or changed.

8 Responsible Gaming

jaya999 believes that gaming is a recreational activity — it should not be used as a source of income. The platform advises users to play within their limits.

Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. There is also an option to temporarily close an account if needed. Participation by those under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

jaya999 is not liable for any loss suffered by a member due to technical disruptions, internet connectivity issues, third-party server failures, or unforeseen circumstances. However, in such situations, a fair resolution will be sought with the member.

Game outcomes depend on RNG technology and are entirely random. jaya999 does not guarantee any specific outcome.

12 Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have any dispute or complaint, please first contact the jaya999 support team via 24/7 live chat or email. The support team provides assistance in Bengali and English.

After a complaint is submitted, the support team will respond as soon as possible and inform you of the steps toward resolution. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, there is a process to escalate the complaint to a higher level.

In dispute resolution, jaya999's decision shall be considered final, unless a different ruling is reached through a legal process.

13 Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. The member acknowledges that it is entirely their own responsibility to comply with any legal restrictions on participating in online gaming activities.

If jaya999's services are prohibited in any jurisdiction, it reserves the right to close accounts of users from that jurisdiction and return the relevant balances.
